A Joint Venture between Khimji Ramdas Shipping LLC., Oman and Sparkle Overseas Pte Ltd. Singapore (an unit of Ocean Sparkle LTD., India), Khimji’s Sparkle Marine Services aims at providing comprehensive Port Management Services at Oman ports in addition to providing Tug boat services. The Joint Venture presently provide tugboat services at the Drydock facility at Duqm by the state-owned Oman Dry-dock Company (ODC), which owns and manages the Duqm ship repair facility.
